Established in 2014, FiL-CON is a breakthrough of three well educated entrepreneurs with vast experience in the construction sector. With expertise ranging from structural design and project management through to architectural and interior design, FiL-CON strives to hold its own and contribute its fair share in quenching the otherwise demanding thirst of the construction industry in Ethiopia.

The scientific approach with which we undertake each and every project that comes our way ensures that errors are weeded out at each stage of the process.
Foundation.
Our mantra when meeting our prospective clients for the first time is to approach them with our glass half full. Their inputs and perspective of what they desire to see at the finish line is the foundation on which we build their vision.
Design.
Incorporation of our client’s take and inception of the design concept follows the foundation stage of our creative process. This stage includes site visits and arduous brainstorming sessions to marry the demands our clients to the limitations, if any, imposed by the nature of the project. We make it a point to ensure the concept we come up with is tailor made to our clients’ needs and is a true reflection of their and their business/event’s identity.
Structure.
Once design concept is agreed upon, the implementation phase is structured into phases starting from contractual agreements to phase based delivery timelines.
Finishing.
The stage where vision meets reality. The product is ready for delivery taking into account every input of our clients.
